Below I ramble a bit, so if you're flat chat just skip to the bold for the deal.
I know the economy has been a little shaky over the last few months and every time you see a paper or news it's like someone keeps hitting the "panic stations" button. As long as this valley bottoms higher than the last valley, the global economy should be in a state of rise over time. For the last ~100 years the world has had a tremendous amount of growth. Accounting for inflation the global GDP has growth roughly 25 times in the last 100 years,, which mean an average of the global GDP doubles every 4 years. Third, always remember "this too shall pass." If the recent news cycle has you concerned, make yourself a holiday in a cup AKA a coffee, put the news out of your mind and simply take a 5 minute break.
