Hi there, I'm not sure if posting prices in other countries is a deal, but I looked for info on if buying from the Turkish store (for my Australian account) was still possible and couldn't find any info, so hopefully this helps others (As I really wanted to play Dragon Quest with my son, but it's around $50 on the AU store and I wasn't sure if he was going to like it, for $4 AU that sounds like a better deal)
Short story, yes, you can buy from the Turkish Xbox store (when logging in with your Australian account) and buy games fine without any credit card, if you use a Turkish Xbox Gift Card (I got mine here: for $14 - https://www.eneba.com/xbox-xbox-live-gift-card-300-try-xbox-…)
My steps:
1. Bought a 300 TRY Xbox Card (around $20 with fees)
2. Used a free VPN to change my location to Turkey (I used a Surfshark 7 Day trial)
3. Logged into the Xbox website using my Xbox AU details
4. Bought the games I wanted (all the Final Fantasy ones are hugely discounted too)
5. Chose - Use gift card balance as the payment method
6. It asked me to change my address to a Turkish one (I just used a address generator website for the details)
7. Item bought with no issues (I then changed my address back without issue and could keep buying from the Turkish store using the remaining credit)
8. All games downloaded and played fine on my Australian XBOX and account.
Hopefully this is helpful for others wondering if you can still do the same.
