It is unlikely that you need to purchase a new router for 100/20 and 250/25.
To get the best results for 1000/50 you most likely need to purchase a new router. A router with a Gigabit WAN port alone is not enough to max out 1000/50. Ethernet cabling gives you the most consistent speeds. For the best Wi-Fi speeds you want the router, computer, mobile phone and so on to have Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7.
