- Cashback does not apply to Uber One membership orders, delivery, service charges, other fees and tips
- Cashback is eligible on orders paid with Uber Wallet.
- ShopBack must be the last link you clicked in order to get Cashback.
- Cashback will be tracked within 2 days, and will be made redeemable in 45 days.
- If your Cashback doesn't track, no worries! Just submit a Missing Cashback (MCB) form on our website or app, and we'll take care of it.
